Quality varies, but simple returns
I have ordered from Shein multiple times. Most of my purchases have been great, and others were rubbish. However, the return function is sooooo easy. You literally select the items you wish to return and take them to the post office.
The selection is also amazing and I find their sizes to be accurate. They also go up to a size 26 in a lot of items.

i am having a nightmare sending stuff…
i am having a nightmare sending stuff back - unable to talk to a person, my account detail have strangely disappeared clothes very poor quality and nothing resembling the picture - feel like i have been duped and robbed.

Steal details for fraud
Found out today, that in May 2019 someone from Shein stole my details, they managed to hack into my Google account, as silly me used the same password for shein as I did google.
I used a security app to check my phone, as 3 times someone has managed to get my new bank card details. And that's what came up shein.co.uk breached my Google account on day above. So be very careful
I contacted customer service and got kicked out twice. They also want to know the order number from when my daughter first used my card 3 years ago. I am going to be taking this further. I have closed my account now

To be honest Shein can be a hit and…
To be honest Shein can be a hit and miss sometimes, but the items are affordable, some time the quality can be ok, it all depends on what your looking for, tha my verdict on shein, but I would still buy from them, cause what I've ordered have been fine.

Customer service is horrendous
Customer service is horrendous. I ordered last week 8 items that were split in 2 packages. Package 2 received with one of the items missing (the top of a co ord). Package 1 never received and it says that I received both. I used the customer service and it was a bot. No actual person to talk to. I used the ticket and the reply was the same like check your inbox, check with your neighbours. And I can see that even here, the reply from Shein was like copied paste. They were all same response. I was happy that delivery was quick but didn’t expect that items were missing 5 items in total. This is my 2nd time to order but I think never again.

High stool seat covers
These covers arrived approx. 10 days ahead of the ETA, well packed with useful zip up bags that i can use for other things, fitted and stretched easily, look great and pleased with the grey colour.

A company that pays no tax in the UK…
A company that pays no tax in the UK should obviously offer products at a discount. But not worth the hassle of waiting 2 weeks for delivery and didn't want to order too much incase of import tax . Refunds take up to 2 months . Don't see the little saving worth the wasted time waiting and waiting .

1 star is to much
1 star is to much! Parcel never received, on my account is written it is returned and refunded, but it is not! Half of stock cannot be returned by the way. I would love to have this, but never delivered! Thieves and swindlers!

The whole ordeal was very hurtful , I had ordered a gift and the courier had not delivered it instead sent back to the seller for no reason ,and the most. Hurtful part is your staff called Monique was very very rude , she was blaming me for the problem , you should have better service and not be blamed for an issue which is actually your problem , very bad experience my gift never arrived and someones birthday got ruined , hello I already did , I contacted Monique , she was rude and offered no solution , your response is not genuine

My Shein experience isn't even worth one star!
I ordered some sandals in early June, my first order with Shein. They arrived about 10 days later but I received no confirmatory email and the only paperwork I received was a small slip with an order number in the package. 2 of the 3 pairs don't fit and one of these also has a faulty ankle strap and as the company advertises a 60 day return policy tried to download the return form from my account without success. I have tried to message Shein to resolve this but have had no success in making contact with them after spending more than 6 hours trying to do so. I have never ever come across a company that treats customers like this and find it appalling! Have received stardard Shein response to contact agent- so trying again - watch this space!

I wanted to return an order - fat chance !
I wanted to return an order as the sizes were hopelessly small. There is no return label, as there should have been, and the QR codes and bar codes do not produce a return address. It is impossible to talk to anyone other than a “bot” which only has answers for pre determined questions.
Interestingly the response from Shein customer service to all the negative reviews on trustpilot is the same - “so sorry, chat to the “bot””
If someone at Shein is reading the trustpilot feedback would it not demonstrate how sorry they were by
simply dealing with the problem instead of just fobbing you off with the bot.

Update - finally got through to a person to chat to on the internet. Very helpful.

I placed an order with SHEIN for 15…
I placed an order with SHEIN for 15 items and then I read all the negative reviews and my heart sunk.

However, I actually cannot fault a single thing with them!! Order placed, easily tracked, under no illusion of where the items come from and the travel time. The next day I got a message saying one of my items was in the uk warehouse and being dispatched. Received within two days. Awesome.

Second part of the delivery arrived a few days before it was due, continued to track and then delivered by Royal Mail.

I see a lot of complaints are to do with returning goods which I didn’t need to do, however all of my items fit perfectly and all amazing condition all ready for the holiday.

I know people have had a bad time but I imagine not many of the good ones take the time to write. Go for it!!
